Privacy Notice Regarding Health Records

Dokuz Health App has a medication reminder feature. If you prefer to save and set a reminder for your medications on Dokuz Health, we will use your medication information (name, description, frequency of use, days of use time of use, and dose) based on your consent to create you a reminder to take your medications. If you save your medication on the app we may send you notifications to remind you to take your medications. You can change/delete your medication and revoke your consent.
